Service and access

Roost is a private operating workspace operated by Patryk Wróblewski (LuckySparrow). Access is provided to authorized workspace members and approved service integrations. Use remains subject to applicable agreements and the workspace owner's instructions.

Your responsibilities

Use only accounts, information and external services you are authorized to access. Protect your credentials and respect the permissions of other users. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use Roost for unlawful activity. Administrators are responsible for invitations, integration configuration and the agents they enable.

Connected services and automation

Connecting Google Drive or ClickUp authorizes the configured integration to perform its supported operations. Changes in Roost can modify connected records; changes in a provider can modify local records. Synchronization is not always immediate and may be delayed by provider limits or service availability.

Review important changes and the access granted to external agents. Agents must operate within their assigned authority and applicable provider data policies. In particular, Google user data must not be used for advertising or training general-purpose AI models.

Data and third-party services

Connecting or importing information does not transfer ownership of it to Roost. You must have the rights needed to process the information you provide. Google, ClickUp and other enabled services also apply their own terms and account permissions. Roost's handling of information is described in its privacy policy.

Availability and changes

Roost and its integrations may be updated or interrupted for maintenance, provider changes or operational reasons. Users should keep appropriate copies of important source information and verify the outcome of significant actions. These terms do not replace separately agreed service commitments or exclude rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Ending access and contact

Workspace owners can change or revoke access. Disabling an integration stops future authorized synchronization; it does not automatically erase local history or external files. For access, data removal or service questions, contact luckysparroww@gmail.com.
